My academic journey began at Andhra University, where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, followed by a Master’s in Human Resources Management. My thirst for knowledge led me to pursue a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Management. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in guiding and mentoring students, assisting and reviewing projects for postgraduate students, and organizing national level conferences, workshops, and seminars. As an Institution Program Coordinator, I have played a pivotal role in organizing institutional activities and representing the institution in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry.
